(Okay – I know, it doesn’t look like much, but it is YUMMY!)
Okay, thanks to a friend of mine, I came by this very cool recipe.
And since we are currently without a stove/oven (long story), we had to get creative when our sweet tooth came calling.
So, all of a sudden I remembered this recipe, made each of us up one
And we are all joyfully eating a wonderful chocolate cake!
So here goes:
In a coffee mug:
4 TBS Flour
4 TBS Sugar
2 TBS Cocoa
dash of salt
(I always mix this up really well, so you don’t have pockets of flour at the bottom
In a separate container:
3 TBS Milk
3 TBS Oil
dash of vanilla
Mix and then add to mug
(I add chocolate chips)
Microwave on high for 3 minutes
