I am forever looking for quick and easy, yummy recipes that my 2 1/2 year old will eat.
While at the park this summer, my sister, author of the Croatian Homeschool Blog Dnevnik Mame-Uciteljice, shared about a recipe she learned from her mother-in-law that is super easy.
This recipe needs almost no preparation. It is adjustable and very yummy.
1 small bag of pasta (any kind)
3 cups of sour cream or plain yogurt
Cubed cooked ham, chicken breast or lunch meat
salt to taste
1 1/2 t basil, oregano or parsley
Cook the pasta and mix in the remaining ingredients
In place of sour cream or yogurt you may use cottage chees
You can add cooked peas
In place of the meat you can use tuna and add some canned corn
