Made to Crave Book Club
Fall is here and with it comes the holiday season.
We overeat, we over-indulge. We gain weight and then comes January with promises to lose those 20 pounds we’ve put on the past 5 holiday seasons.
But, just as the past 5 years’ New Year resolutions didn’t work, so this one is likely doomed to fail.
Because dieting doesn’t get to the root of the problem.
Food isn’t the problem. Food is just a symptom of a deeper issue.
In her book Made to Crave, Lysa TerKerurst uncovers the real issue behind our problems with weight…and food.
Starting October 24th we will start to read through the book Made to Crave. The book club dates are:
