For about 15 years, I’ve been learning what it means to leave my past behind and walk in my identity in Christ.
But there were still moments when the past felt louder than the truth.
Moments when old labels surfaced without warning.
Moments when I found myself thinking the same thoughts I thought I had already overcome.
That’s when I started doing something simple.
I began surrounding myself with Scripture — not just reading it, but placing it where I would see it when I needed it most.
Verses about who God says I am.
Verses about His thoughts, His plans, His redemption.
They started covering my walls.
Part of my “war room” ended up in my pantry.
Another part lives in my journal.
And in those quiet, ordinary moments — when the enemy tries to pull me back into old thinking — those verses remind me what is actually true.
I gathered some of those verses together here if you want to use them the same way I did.
These are free - I just want to make them available to anyone who needs them, just like I did: https://rosilindjukic.com/10-bible-verses-identity-christ-war-room/
Want to go deeper into your identity in Christ?
I’ve gathered my Bible studies, journals, Scripture cards, prayer resources, and other tools into one place so you don’t have to hunt for them.

Love this, Thanks for sharing
I have it also everywhere, because sometimes it is so hard to stay focus on who I am whene the world(or also christian people) is pushing me down
