Interestingly psalm 46:10 is THE verse I cling on to. In end of 2019 I was in same situation as now, being in IT job, I was looking for my next project. I had rolled off from a project in bitterness. Right before a disappointing news was going to be shared with me, a friend who never sends personal messages sent me the song psalm 46 by Shane and Shane. The lyrics stirred within me, “Lord what storm is coming my way?”. God did give me a headsup thru that song. I gathered courage for the first time and sang psalm 46 in our church as offertory.

I love Shane and Shane - their Psalms album is fantastic! Don't you love it when God gives you a song for a season?
