Because I can take a day off and still spend every minute of it worrying about what isn't getting done. That's not sabbath. Real rest requires letting go of the illusion that it all depends on me. You said it perfectly, I am still struggling sometimes to do this I might rest but I also rest in my my prayers or reading his word, I need to be faithful to do it all on my rest day,
