Anxiety has a way of stealing our peace.
It keeps us awake at night, fills our minds with “what if” questions, and makes even ordinary days feel heavy. If you’ve ever found yourself carrying burdens that seem too great to bear, you’re not alone.
The good news is that God has not left us without hope.
Throughout Scripture, we’re reminded again and again that His presence is greater than our fears.
When anxious thoughts begin to crowd our minds, one of the most powerful things we can do is turn our hearts toward God’s Word.
His promises remind us that He is near, that He cares for us, and that we can trust Him with every worry we carry.
One of the ways I love to encourage women is by creating printable Scripture resources that help keep God’s promises close at hand.
Whether you place them in your Bible, on your desk, or on your refrigerator, having verses about God’s peace nearby can gently redirect your thoughts back to Him throughout the day.
If you’d like to learn more about what the Bible says about anxiety and discover additional encouragement from God’s Word, I’ve written a more in-depth article on my blog:

My prayer is that wherever you are today, you’ll be reminded that you don’t have to carry your burdens alone. Jesus invites us to cast every care upon Him because He cares so deeply for us. May His perfect peace guard your heart and mind as you continue to trust in Him.
