Have you ever tried prayer walking?
When the weather cooperates, I enjoy getting up early and walking around my neighborhood praying. And what really helps is to have prayer cards for my pocket.
While I walk and pray, I take the prayer cards out of my pocket and pray through each request.
In my post The Number One Tip to Stay Awake While You Pray I talk about how walking or exercising before I pray keeps me from falling asleep during my quiet time.
And prayer walking is even better, because it is exercise and prayer at the same time.
Plus, you never know when God might give you a special burden for a neighbor while you’re walking by their house. This is another way of partnering with God in prayer!
That’s why I made these prayer cards.
