Plus it comes in a variety of colors and designs!
2. A Good Study Bible
This is my absolute-most favorite Bible.
In fact, I love it so much that I’m on my second copy. It is filled with great study resources, commentary and study notes, and it was complied by top leaders in the Evangelical community.
You can find more Bibles I love, or wish I had, right here.

4. Pens, Highlighters and Other Tools
I don’t know about you, but I love to write in my Bible. Every margin is filled with notes, and when I run out of space in the margins of my Bible, I use post-it notes.
I also like to color in my Bible; I underline, circle, and mark all over the verses – to draw out every ounce of meaning I can!
Here are some pens, highlighters, and other tools I’ve used or wish I had.
5. A Beautiful Mug + Coffee or Tea
I don’t know about you, but I need a cup of half-caf or tea when I have my quiet time.
My quiet time just isn’t…..as special without a steaming cup of coffee or tea in my hand – and what makes it extra special is my favorite mug that my husband got for me for my birthday several years ago.
I’ve taken extra-special care of that mug!!
I love the one above, too. I love that verse, because it reminds me of the woman I am striving to be; the wife that is full of confidence and faith, and the mom who oozes dignity and strength.
