What Psalm 23 Taught Me About Rest
I took a day of rest yesterday and it was wonderful and much needed. Thanks for sharing the reminder. ☺️
It’s one of those areas where God’s ways are not our ways. Our human nature screams, “Do more!” and God gently calls us to stop and rest. I find I can do better in less time when I have rested in Him and am refreshed.
Truth!
I love this psalm as well! I am especially blessed by the promise that His goodness and mercy pursue me all the days of my life!
Oh amen!! Isn’t that powerful?? That blessed me too!
